The Prooftag Bubble Tag^TM meets these major requirements by its uniqueness and non reproducibility. The Bubble Tag^TM proves to be the only solution on the market able to manage security in a global and sustainable manner for the entire duration of a document life cycle.

• - The Bubble Tag^TM can be easily integrated into any type of support: paper, plastic card (PVC, polycarbonate, ...).
• - The Bubble Tag^TM is extremely economical as it relieves the administrations of the logistics security constraints associated with risks of theft, substitution and waste management. It is only once the document is issued that the security technology is activated, as opposed to other market solutions where each phase needs to be secured and mastered. The Bubble Tag^TM can only be authenticated once it has been recorded and electronically activated (regardless of the system: storage in a database, encryption on a chip, transcription into 2-D code, etc.).
• - Personalization (combination of civil & biometric information with the Bubble Tag^TM) guarantees the physical and logic integrity of the document as each code is unique and allocated to one person only, in accordance with the regulations protecting personal data.

• - The Bubble Tag^TM does not require a complex, expensive system or a dedicated infrastructure as it can be authenticated by two means of control: visually, by public or private network via a computer or a mobile system; and/or officially, using the Prooftag optical reader.
• - Just like a universal language, the Bubble Tag^TM can be visually controlled by anyone.
• - It is also the only solution on the market to offer real interoperability. Thanks to multiple reading algorithms, each Bubble Tag^TM can be interpreted differently: ideal for multi-application cards.
• - The Bubble Tag^TM physical resistance to common use is the strongest on the market: it remains readable in spite of the involuntary stress to which it is subjected and never "breaks down". The Bubble Tag^TM is the only security marker that reveals voluntary damage.
• - It is possible to control copies and easily validate the integrity of the submitted document (this option requires an additional operation when the document is issued, and the implementation of a central database).

Applied to the document using an adequate adhesive, the Bubble Tag^TM is used in the form of a seal.
